The Most Promising Projects for Implementation Identified - Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (MERP)

The USAID Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (USAID Project) has evaluated the preparedness of 17 partner cities for the implementation of clean energy projects based on Public Private Partnership (PPP) arrangements. It was found that all the selected clean energy projects have significant economic potential and could be realized using the PPP mechanism.
