The Homeowners Association (HOA) RC in Dobropillia was opened on 29 August 2017. At the beginning of October, the meeting of HOA Clean Energy Resource Center members took place. This meeting considered a number of issues on activities of the HOA RC:

• legal framework for operation and possible organizational and legal forms of the revolving funds; and
• forms of the application for receipt of financing from the revolving fund and of the agreement on irreversible financial aid, with annexes.

HOA RC Work Plan for 2018 was approved. The RC specialists created a Facebook page – Dobropillia HOA Resource Center.

As of September 30, 2017, there are in the city: 64 HOAs, 3 condominium associations, public association “Dobropillia Territorial Association of Housing Owners “NADIIA”, on the basis of which the RC was opened.
