USAID Project Announces Competitive Selection of Partner Cities
1. The USAID Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (USAID MER Project) is conducting a competitive selection of partner cities to support development of the long-term plans for the heat network development and district heating (DH) system optimization. Details on the directions of cooperation are presented in Annex 1 to the application form.
2. All received applications will be carefully considered. Each application will be awarded a certain score according to the selection criteria presented at the end of the application. Within the framework of this competition, the USAID MER Project will select from one to three partner cities.
3. When filling in the application, please provide as accurate and complete answers to all questions as possible. You can freely add any relevant information that, in your opinion, is important.
4. Completeness of the application and quality of the answers are important factors to be taken into account in the selection process. Should you require any clarifications, please contact the main USAID MER Project office. To explain the selection process, the Project also plans to hold an information meeting at 10.30 a.m., 12 June 2018, at the following address: Kyiv, 35D Predslavynska Str., Alfavito Hotel, Forum Conference Hall.
