The USAID Project assists the city in creation of the municipal energy management system. A system of monitoring and analysis of the energy consumption and communal services provided to the budget organizations of the city using specialized software is being implemented in Ivano-Frankivsk. As of the end of the first six months of 2016 the information is put into the database of the unified automatic system of energy and budget monitoring of energy consumption by the communal enterprises according to the software developed by FIAT.

The USAID Project supported the city in development of the Regulations On Municipal System of Energy Management in Ivano-Frankivsk, adopted by the Decision of the City Council of July 7, 2016. Adoption of this document will allow improvements in functioning of the energy management system in the city and attraction of all budget organizations for its use.
