The homeowners associations (HOA) in this city in Khmelnytska oblast are supported by the Resource Center on the basis of NGO “Condominium Association of Kamianets-Podilskyi”. In the period of 01/01/2015 - 09/30/2017, 178 initiative groups sought assistance of RC specialists in establishment of the homeowners associations. In addition, the Resource Center held 168 informational field meetings to educate the co-owners of multi-apartment buildings on homeowners association benefits and operational aspects. The Resource Center team organized and conducted 70 training events (seminars and round tables) for the homeowners association chairmen and initiative groups.

In the first nine months of 2017, there were 32 new homeowners associations established. As of September 30, 2017, a total of 191 homeowners associations operate in the city.
