In Pavlohrad of Dnipropetrovsk oblast, the Resource Center operates on the basis of Pavlohrad City NGO “Homeowners Associations (HOA) - Future of Pavlohrad”. In the reporting period, 323 initiative groups obtained assistance from the Resource Center in establishing HOAs. The Resource Center consultants held 129 informational meetings in different parts of the city and oblast.

In the first three quarters of 2017, six new HOAs were established. As of September 30, 2017, there have been a total of 365 HOAs established in the city of Pavlohrad.

The Resource Center helps not only to establish, but support HOAs. In 2015, it conducted free workshops for accountants and HOA chairmen, training sessions on project proposal development and personal consultations. In 2016, in addition to large number of personal consultations, three seminars on preparation of project proposals for participation in different contest programs were conducted, as well as working meetings for resolving the problems. The Resource Centre actively cooperates with local media to highlight its work and raise awareness of current issues in HOA activities not only in Pavlohrad but also all over the Dnipropetrovsk region.
