USAID Project Assistance in Energy Management System Improvement in Chernihiv
On 3 November 2015, Mayor of Chernihiv signed Order # 258-r “On the Monitoring of Energy Carriers Consumption”. It introduced the mechanism for monitoring actual energy carriers consumption by Chernihiv companies, organizations, institutions and establishments in terms of the consumed energy resourcesthat the city pays for from the municipal budget.
The USAID Project is training specialists and provides methodological and advisory assistance in improving and bringing the energy management system into compliance with the requirements of ISO50001.
