The Condominium Resource Center created on the basis of the Pavlohrad NGO “Condominium – Future of Pavlohrad”  supports activities of the condominiums in Pavlohrad. 194 new condominiums were registered in the cityin 2015 - 1st half of 2016. For comparison purposes: only three condominiums were registered in 2013, two – in 2014. Total number of condominiums established in Pavlohrad as of 30 June 2016 is 310.

The Resource Center is assisting the initiative groups in the process of condominium establishment, and also helps the newly established condominiums. In 2015, the Resource Center conducted free seminars for the condominium accountants and chairmen, trainings on writing of the project proposals and personal consultations. In 2016, in addition to the personal consultations, the Resource Center organized the seminars on writing of the project proposals for participation in different competitive programs, conducted working meetings for resolving of problem issues. The Resource Center is actively cooperating with the local media and permanently covers its work and important issues of condominium activities not only in Pavlohrad, but in the whole Dnipropetrovsk oblast.

The Resource Center consultants initiated development and adoption of the municipal program for condominium support (direction one – the contest of energy efficacy projects with 30%/70% co-financing, direction two – compensation of interest rates on the loans received by the condominiums).
