The Condominiums Resource Center of Kramatorsk provides support to local condominiums. It was created within the framework of the USAID Municipal Heating Reform Project as part of the City Council Housing Department. Between 2015 and 1st half of 2016, the Center consultants provided assistance to over 50 initiative groups in establishing condominiums and held 39 informational meetings on the field with residents of multi-apartment buildings. The Resource Center experts organized and conducted 19 training events for chairmen of condominiums and other stakeholders, participated in TV programs, and provided support and expertise to media representatives in writing articles for newspapers and websites.

There were 2 condominiums established in the city in 2015 and 16 condominiums - in the first half of 2016. As of June 30, 2016, a total of
100 condominiums have been created and operating in Kramatorsk.

On 27 April 2016, Kramatorsk City Council adopted the Heat Loan Rebate Program that will be running till 2018 and provide for 10% reimbursement of the cost of energy efficiency measures for the population and 15% - for condominiums. On 27 July 2016, the City Council allocated UAH
1 million for the Program. Within the first days of August, 85 city residents could enjoy the benefits of the Program and received partial reimbursement of heat loans from the city budget in the amount of UAH 137.300.
