This measure is about the application of polyurethane foam on separate portions of the vertical, horizontal, pitched and combined surfaces of the building envelope in the places where their thermal resistance is much lower than the norm, as well as in the places where unplanned drafts between construction elements are formed.

This measure is very effective for removing thermal bridges formed in the places where the floor slabs join with the building envelope structures, in the zones of the temperature and deformation joints, in places where outer walls join with the roofing, in the basement sections and in other places of possible sub-cooling or frost penetration due to insufficient heat insulation or looseness of the constructive elements and their connections.

The cost of 1 m³ of polyurethane foam is up to UAH 5,500.
