Installation of Manual Thermostatic Valves on Radiators with Preliminary Adjustment (Balancing of the Double-Pipe Heating System)
Implementing this measure prevents excessive heat energy consumption in separate premises by balancing the building heating system. Before implementing measures to modernize the heating system, the heating system should be cleaned. It is recommended to clean the heating system hydrodynamically, which removes debris and slurry with thin high pressure water jets inserted through the compressor via special caps. The heating system is then balanced by installing balancing valves on the heating system rises. This measure will allow heat to be distributed evenly in the building. The measure does not give direct savings but prevents such negative phenomena as the increase in the amount of heat carrier supplied to the premises, and the early breakdown of the equipment installed in the heating system.
The cost of one device varies from UAH 800 to 1,500.
