Installation of Automated Heat Energy Supply Unit (Individual Heat Substation (IHS) with Weather-Based Control)
This measure includes the installation of an automated heat substation with weather-based adjustment of the heat carrier temperature. The substation is equipped with circulating pumps, a heat energy meter, control valves, and automated control and management devices in the premises where the heat inlet units and elevation units are located. After implementing this measure, the individual heat substation will operate in an automated mode according to the outdoor temperature and schedule of people’s presence in the building. The control panel will receive signals from the outdoor temperature sensor; the desired indoor temperature is set by the operator upon coordination with the consumers. On the basis of these two sets of data, the heat carrier temperature in the internal building heating contour is adjusted. This control is installed in the heat inlet of the building.
Installing an HIS can cost UAH 120–250,000.
