Replacement of the High-Speed Heat Exchanger in an HWS System with a Plate Heat Exchanger - Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (MERP)

This measure calls for replacing the old heat exchanger with a modern highly efficient plate exchanger in buildings where the water heating for the needs of hot water supply is done in the heat substation with the help of a tube-shell heat exchanger.

Cost of measure – up to UAH 25–30,000.
