Replacement of Indoor Lighting Incandescent Lamps (also in Common Areas) with Modern Energy Efficient Lamps
To reduce electricity consumption, it is recommended to replace the incandescent lamps with LED lamps, as currently 60W and 100W incandescent lamps are predominantly used to satisfy the needs of indoor lighting. The most feasible move is to replace the lamps in the buildings staircases and entrance ante-rooms, which are common areas, with energy saving ones. What is important: to assess in advance the condition of the current electrical network for the lighting of the staircases and common areas; removal of the old electrical lighting network (if needed) and installation of a new electrical network; assessment of the compliance of the existing lighting fixtures and lighting system with the requirements of DBN V.2.5-28-2006 and if needed – replacing and reconstructing these systems, as well as installing metering units for the electricity consumed by the artificial lighting system.
This measure may cost up to UAH 10–15,000.
