Holding of this important event became another step in the process of development and further implementation of Ukraine’s Low Emission Development Strategy, which is an important and pressing task for this country as an integral part of the progressive world community.
Based on the best international practices, we have laid the following principles in the basis of Ukraine’s Low Emission Development Strategy:
• step-by-step approach,
• use of the modern modelling instruments,
• inclusiveness of the process of identifying the policies and measures, which means involvement in the strategy development process of the widest circles of stakeholders.
