| 9th International Business Forum "Renewable Energy and Energy Efficient Industrial Modernization" organized by the State Agency for Energy Efficiency and Energy Saving of Ukraine was held in Kyiv on November 23, with the support of the USAID Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (USAID Project). The event was attended by more than 600 participants, including top managers of the Ukrainian and international companies, representatives of the international organizations and financial corporations, national and local authorities, domestic and foreign investors. The Forum became for them a platform for discussing Ukraine's success in renewable energy, investment attractiveness of the “green” projects, and impact of this sector on the future of the Ukrainians. Diana Korsakaite, Chief of Party of the USAID Project, participated in one of the discussion panels and presented to the audience international experience in expansion of the markets for generation and consumption of the alternative fuels. |
