Kramatorsk Transport Portrait - Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (MERP)

In March 2017, Kramatorsk started work on the Public Transport Efficiency Project which is implemented within the framework of the USAID Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine.
