The Law of Ukraine “On Condominiums” provides for the possibility of delegating the management of the building to a condominium association. The practical experience of the work of such associations in the partner cities of the USAID Municipal Energy Reform Project in Ukraine (USAID Project) provides strong evidence that condominium associations enable multi-apartment buildings to be managed efficiently, maintain them with high quality, as well as protect the joint interests of the condominiums-association members. So, the interest in the establishment and functioning of the associations is understandable.

We propose that you look at the examples of minutes of the statutory and general meetings of the association, the relevant minutes of the general meetings of the condominiums-founders (members) of the association, as well as the sample charter of the condominium association which may be useful for those buildings that decide to unite into an association.
